Introduction

The Association of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (HK) Limited (EMHK),foundedin April 2004,is a training provider of mechanical and electrical subject,located at Kowloon, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. EMHK is now offering wide range of education and vocational programme from certificate to higher diploma level. All the programs are accredited by the Hong Kong government, The Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), the Employee Retraining Board (ERB) or by other international body, such as BTECThe Association of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (HK) Limited (EMHK),foundedin April 2004,is a training provider of mechanical and electrical subject,located at Kowloon, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. EMHK Milestones

 2004  Association found
 2006  Qualified by the Hong Kong Labour Department, HKSAR Government
 2007  Qualified by body of Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, HKSAR Government
 2010  Accredited by the HKCAAVQ as Level 3 Quality Framework (QF) training body
 2012  Launched the first QF Level 3 Electrical Engineering learning program in the Hong Kong Qualified by the Employee Retraining Broad (ERB)
 2013  Launched the first Diploma Program in Electrical Engineering by using the Specifications of Competency Standards (SCSs) in Hong Kong (www.hkqf.gov.hk)
 2014 Qualified by the BTEC as Higher National Diploma course provider Appointed by the Education Bureau, HKSAR Government, to develop Specification of Competency Standards-based Training Packages under Qualifications Framework in the industry of Electrical & Mechanical
 2015  Appointed by the Education Bureau, HKSAR Government, to develop the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) mechanism under the QF.

 Quality Assurance

All the programs from certificate level to Higher Diploma level are accredited by the official body. The programs can be found in the Quality Register (www.hkqr.gov.hk).


Teaching and Learning Facilities

EMHK has five training centres, including three work-shops. All training centres are located in the heart of the city and student are easy to access by taking subway. The work-shops are tailored-made for electrical and electronic training purpose.

EMHK currently offers seven Certificates engineering programs from QF level 2 to 3, one Diploma with QF level 3 and one HND with QCF level 5.
